By creating an account or using FricoPay, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
FricoPay provides digital services including airtime and data top-ups, bill payments, wallet funding, and related financial services in Ghana and Nigeria. Services available may vary by country and are subject to change.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Funds added to your FricoPay wallet are held for the purpose of purchasing services on the platform. A service fee may apply to deposits and certain transactions, which will be shown before you confirm. All purchases are final once processed.
If a transaction fails after your wallet has been charged, the amount is automatically refunded to your wallet. Successful deliveries are non-refundable. Disputes must be raised through our support channels within a reasonable time.
You agree not to use FricoPay for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or violating any applicable laws. We may suspend or close accounts involved in such activity.
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Services may be affected by third-party providers, network operators, or maintenance.
FricoPay is not liable for losses arising from delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party providers, incorrect details entered by you, or events beyond our reasonable control.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
